Purpose of Training:
In this training, which is one of the most educated trainings in the education sector since 2008, it is aimed that the Teller Authorities will be able to establish a correct and healthy communication with the client. After that, five basic sales steps (Listening, Asking Questions, Benefit Making, Meeting Appeals and Closing Sales) are explained together with the principles of psychology. This training, which aims to ensure the behavior change of the Teller Authorities, is one of the most important trainings we have given so far and that we are very assertive about the results.
