Purpose of Training
Emotional intelligence is, in its simplest definition, intelligent management and use of emotions. Daniel Goleman has shown that the emotional intelligence factor (EQ = Emotional Quotient) is more important than the intelligence coefficient (IQ = Intelligence Quotient).
The aim of the training program is to increase the performance of the participants who learn how to alleviate anxiety and to turn stress into success by enabling employees to become aware of their emotional intelligence capabilities and to increase the efficiency of the organization to a great extent.
